Lovely DoubleRoom close to station & Epping Forest

We are looking for an nice, easy going person or couple to share our home.

We comprise of a NQT geography teacher, film sound engineer and musician. I have just finished my MFA. We have a lot of vinyl and books, other interests include, watching films and binge watching Netflix, art, going to exhibitions, bouldering, swimming/gym, (5 mins away) , bike riding and going to Epping Forest, reading, and love to find out about new things.
We are both veggie & not, and often cook, we have a very well equipped kitchen with everything you might need and you can use all our plates, pans etc.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and also includes everything, such as household stuff, like washing up liquid, loo roll!

We have all the usual, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
No chores or cleaning rota, just clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen and keep room clean and reasonably tidy.
.Free weekly room cleaning can be arranged if you would like

The room is not en-suite but it does have a sink in it. You can also make tea/coffee in the room.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house with both shower and bath. A living room and garden.

We are really close to Leytonstone tube (Central Line) and the overground, about a 6 min walk to both (About 30-40 mins to Oxford St).

Good bus connections being on both the W15 to Walthamstow and Hackney & 339 to Stratford Westfield.
We are very close to the local gym and pool (5 mins),the Olympic park and close to Wanstead flats.
You can walk to Westfield/Olympic Park in about 30 mins

Hollow Pond which is part of Epping Forest is about a 20 min walk. Lots of people cycle or run around it.

Waltham Forest is the first London borough of Culture and there is a lot of art and events happening.
Leytonstone/Leyton have lots of places for an evening out, pubs, and to eat. We have a great pub over the road and another just down the road, both have lots of events on. There is a lot of live music in the area too.

As a household we have hosted a lot of couch-surfers over the years and have a good profile on there & are verified if anyone wants to check it out. Previous lodgers would be happy to give you our references!

Deposit is £600 (negotiable) and I would like references please if possible. Also rent for couples would be £700.
