Room in houseshare in Leytonstone available!

Hi all

We are looking for a new roommate for our lovely house share in Leytonstone (East, zone 3; 25 min. to Oxford Circus).

The room is available right now./

Rent is £600 per month and includes all bills and other shared expenses, and the deposit is £400.

The room comes equipped with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror.

In addition, we have a nice little garden that we use a lot in the summer, BBQ season already started ;)

Currently there'€™s three of us living in the house, two girls and one guy. We work full time, and so we are looking for someone who isn'€™t a party animal all days of the week, but is somewhat sociable, so we have a nice atmosphere in the house between all of us.

We also have a part-time cat and a full-time puppy, so if you do not like being around animals or have any allergies, this might not be the place for you, sorry.
