I have a large double bed room, with its own en-suite toilet room to rent in my beautiful home. The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, under bed storage and 2 side tables) and decorated.

The lounge area is newly furnished and decorated, a massive couch with two armchairs with a very homley feel after a hard days work:) Full sky package with unlimited TV, Netflix HD (x2), sports, movies and fast broadband. I also have an xbox one, ps2 and my old but still hip N64 with all the classics.

The dining room is also large, with a 4 seater dining area and drinks cabinet full of random delights.

Large kitchen, with a 4 hob cooker, large fridge freezer with a water dispenser and a brand new coffee machine.

The upstairs office has been upgraded from a renovated loft conversion and can be used for working from home or cosy reading.

I also have a walk in wardrobe that is way too large just for me, so willing to share an extra wardrobe of it if you are a clothes fiend like myself.

I have a cat, her name is pandora, she is awesome and can do a trick or two. I can only consider people who are ok with cats being in the home.

BILLS: Included are all amenities, gas, electric, tv, broadband, a cleaner twice a month, water etc. What IS NOT included is council tax which you will have to arrange and pay.

Type of Individual: Young professional preferred, someone who likes to go out and socialise and doesn't take life too seriously. Happy to treat it as a home.
