Large double room is available in this 2 bed flat in Limehouse.
It is a nice, clean and modern two bed flat, very close to the centre of London (two DLR stations to bank). Limehouse DLR is only 5 minutes walk away.

The flat is in a modern, well-maintained and well-insulated block of flats. Kitchen + lounge are one large room, plenty of light and good sunset views overlooking Limehouse Basin.

Bathroom includes bath, shower, toilet. Cupboard on entrance for some storage. Kitchen has plenty of storage, a large fridge and adequate freezer. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as usual kitchen fittings and appliances.

Nearby is a 24-hour gym, Tesco Express, Ian McKellan's Grapes pub, and a short walk to Canary Wharf, where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

This is not a party house, looking for mature and responsible person, you may be those things at 25 years old, you may not be these things at 56... Therefore more important that your character and disposition fit the atmosphere.

I work in Battersea Tues, Wed and Thurs and from home on Mondays and Fridays.
