RENTAL TERMS.

One month's rent of £950 per calendar month to be paid to before check in to the room.

The Security Deposit for long term rental of £950 can be paid in instalments agreed at the beginning of the rental. This is the last months rent.

Bills are included, gas, electricity, council tax, water, fibreoptic internet, Netflix, Service Charge.

No agency fees.

If you wish to secure the apartment from abroad, it is possible to do so with a holding deposit paid via Paypal.

Narrow Street which is a three-minute walk from Tequila Wharf has many of the characteristics of a village, offering a peaceful walk along the river o place to run. Limehouse Basin has bloomed into a picturesque marina surrounded by modern, purpose-built apartments. Narrow Street boasts famous gastro pubs such as The Grapes and Gordon Ramsay’s latest eatery The Narrow Bar along with many other restaurants and cafes in the area.
