Professional flat to share at Tower Bridge

Hello my name is Mario, I’m a civil engineer, I work in business development as senior manager for an engineering and consulting company. I’m clean, sociable, respectful, sporty ( love tennis ), generally quiet during the week and I go out during the weekend. Iam looking for someone who wants to treat the flat as home and share when it is possible to crate a friendship.

The Flat is warm, with a good amount of space for each room. Close to Tanner Street Park ( has tennis courts ) which is beside of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, art galleries, and close to the London Bridge Station. It is a lovely place to live in the zone 1, it is like a small village with a nice community.

The Flat:
-The room includes a double bed, wardrobes, desk, and closet
-Bills are not included (around 135/140 pounds in summer)
-Include all furnitures in the kitchen
-Fully fitted eat-in kitchen ( no need to bring anything )
-1 bathroom to share, but I’m clean and tidy
