Offering my spacious ensuite room for rent while I'm away for the month. The bedroom is spacious, with a King-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, ample storage with two large closets, and a dedicated workspace.

The apartment itself enjoys plenty of natural light, particularly on the 4th floor (London-weather-dependent, of course). The living room is cozy, complete with a quality TV, and an open-plan kitchen.

Situated just a brief 10-minute walk from Borough and London Bridge stations, the area is quiet and residential, with the convenience of a Sainsbury's across the road. The location is excellent, and the flat is modern.

You'll be sharing the apartment with my 27-year-old sister, who works in tech. She primarily works from home, preferring to stay in her room during work hours. She leads a quiet lifestyle and seeks a roommate who values the same. While we prefer a month-long stay, flexibility is possible.
