Bright room in spacious 3bed flat in London Bridge

Double room in London Bridge going for £867 per month excl bills, move in between 15th June, girls only (sorry boys) 🌞

Our flatmate is sadly going travelling so we’re looking for someone to sign a yearly contract for her room in our 3 bed flat

The flat is in a fantastic location, with lots of amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby on Bermondsey street and Borough Market. We’re only a 7 min walk from Borough and London Bridge stations (Jubilee and Northern) and there are loads of bus services connecting to all round London

You’ll be sharing with myself (27) and Alex (male, 25). We’re both working in hybrid corporate jobs and like to keep ourselves busy with friends, staying active and exploring London but we enjoy chilling together on evenings when we’re home together and often share meals (Alex is a great cook which is ideal!)

It’s not a party flat but we do have people over for dinner parties, special occasions etc and we often invite each other to our plans if we’re doing something in the flat. We like to keep a tidy home and both chip in with the cleaning so we would like to find someone who will do the same

We’d love to hear from you if you’re between 25 and 28, clean, happy to watch a bit of trash TV of an evening and want to make friends not just flatmates 🫶
