THE LOCATION

Borough Tube: 5 mins walk
London Bridge Tube/Train: 10 mins walk

Sainsbury's, Co-Op and Tesco all within 5 minute walk. Borough Market 10 min walk. South Bank and London Bridge bars 10 min walk. Bermonsey Street's amazing restaurants, bars and market 10 min walk. Independent cinema and 3 different gyms 10 min walk.

THE FLAT

The flat is a bright and modern three-bed located on the third floor and in a quiet and safe area.

Unlike most places around here, there is a brilliant and large living room with enough space for both sofas and dining table making it a great social area!

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a separate toilet and bathroom so no clashing in the morning! The bathroom has a bath and power shower so you can actually have a decent shower!

The bedrooms are spread out over two floors, with two single bedrooms upstairs and a double room downstairs.

THE ROOM

The room available is bright, modern and with a fantastic view of The Shard! There's a large double wardrobe, a desk (not the one pictured) and chair and a comfortable 4ft bed. There's storage under the bed as well as shelves next to the bed. There's a large double window with great views and a sky light.

THE RENT & BILLS

The rent for the room is great value at £630 PCM excluding bills. Bills are split equally four ways at c.£70 per person per month all in incl. council tax.

US AND YOU!

We're all working professionals: Lydia working in Applied Intelligence, Aijaz and Pamela working in sales. Lydia and Aijaz are a couple and share the downstairs room and Pamela has the second single room upstairs. All of us are in relationships...(not on Tinder every night!)

We're looking for an individual working professional. We'd love you to be easy going and up for being social in the flat as we've a great living room. We do enjoy a good trip to the pub (there are loads of great ones round here!) and film and food nights!

As for the boring bits, we'd like you to be a non-smoker and also enjoy living in a clean and tidy place.
