Beautiful, bright flat in Bethnal Green

Hello! Im looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my gorgeous flat in Bethnal Green! You’d be sharing with myself and my boyfriend and we both work out of the house 5 days a week and very rarely work from home.

- 5 mins walk from Bethnal Green (central), Stepney Green (district & Hammersmith and city) and Whitechapel (Lizzy, district, Hammersmith and city, overground)
- 10 mins walk to Bethnal Green Overground station
- 15 mins walk to Spitalfields, brick lane, Shoreditch and Victoria park
- parking permit available (at your own cost but from memory it really wasn’t expensive and it’s right outside!)

As you can see from the pics it’s nice and light with lots of plants and a gorgeous balcony!

I’m pretty busy with work but can easily be convinced into movie nights (we have a projector for cinema time!), yoga classes or dinner/drinks at one of the lush restaurants around the corner. I’m looking for someone clean and tidy (nothing worse than getting in from a busy day at work to a messy flat!), sociable but also someone who can respect a bit of time to ourselves too.

Note: I’m very open to someone with a cat, I know it can be hard to find somewhere with a pet but I definitely see a cat as a bonus!
