Spacious double room available in Bethnal Green near Cambridge Heath Road, approx 10 mins to Bethnal Green Underground, Overground + Whitechapel. 20 mins walk to Victoria Park
I am moving out at the end of May and looking for someone to take over the tenancy from the start of June until the end of October. You would be sharing with two guys aged 26, one works as a teacher, the other as a Data Scientist
Bills are not included in the price but come to approx £50 a month (fast WiFi, council tax, gas and electric)
We're looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy, and ideally in stable employment
