Sadly I am planning to move back home at the end of May so my bedroom in a 3 bed flat will be avaliable in the Zone 2 E1 area starting June 1st (or earlier if needed)! The room comes part furnished with a single bed frame and mattress, writing desk and chair, and a wardrobe.

The flat also has a large living room (with a projector- great for movie nights), kitchen and private garden that’s great for lounging in when it’s summer!

There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs full bathroom with a shower, bath. There are also extra storage cupboards in the flat available for your use if needed.

You’re free to replace and reorganise anything you’d like, the landlord is pretty flexible.

10 minute walk to Stepney Green station
15 minute walk to Queen Mary University of London
10 minute walk to Whitechapel
30 minutes walk to Brick Lane
Lots of shops (including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Tesco), a cinema and bars and pubs nearby.

Rent is £896.67 with bills not included, however they are very cheap (~£25-30 gas, electric and water).
All are paid on the first of every month.

You’d be living with two other girls - 2nd year undergraduate students (we’ve all posted separate ads for the room so you might see a couple :) ). We would prefer another girl but you don’t need to be a student as well! We just ask that you’re clean and respectful :))
