Rent is £1100 including council tax.

This is a great location/ area to live with great transport connections! Stratford station is a 10 minute walk, with the Lizzy line to Whitechapel (5 min), Farringdon (10 min), Bond Street (16 min), the Overground to Hackney Wick (3 min), Hackney Central (9 min), the Central line to Bethnal Green (5 min), Bank (10 min), St Paul's (12 min), as well as DLR and Jubilee lines! There is also a Sainsburys and an Aldi which are a 5 minute walk away in the shopping centre, as well as Westfield shopping centre!

The room is furnished with a bedside table, bed, mattress and wardrobe. It a good sized room of a two bedroom and we are on the third floor flat. We have a lovely big kitchen/living room, washing machine, dishwasher, big bathroom.

Cian who comes with the flat (pictured at the end) is a 27 year old guy from Ireland and is working in PR. He's a lovely chap and gets on great with anyone
