I have a single room available in a small, friendly house share, which will be available from now. Available for short term (3 months minimum) or long term. Previous lodgers have usually stayed between 1-2 years.

The rent is £450 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills. High speed Wi Fi access included!

It is also available as a Mon-Fri let for £400 pcm to someone working in London during the week.

There is a shared bathroom, an extra downstairs toilet, which is handy if the bathroom is occupied, a shared sitting room and large, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a garden. Ideal for Summer barbecues!

It's a quiet, residential street and very near to public transport links and local shops. West Ham station is around 6 minutes walk away and Abbey Road DLR a 5 minute walk. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Stratford where Westfield etc is.

Bedding and towels can be provided if needed.
