Double room to let

We have a beautiful newly renovated double room with its own exclusive shower/toilet room to let, located on the second floor. There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine on the ground floor. We are looking for a FEMALE ONLY who is clean and tidy and no guests. Local amenities include Tesco supermarket, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies. We are 10 mins by bus from Walthamstow central which has all the high street shops and the Walthamstow market where you can pick up fresh fruit, veg, general good and clothes and 12 minutes walk from Wood street station trains serving to London Liverpool Street and opposite to a bus ustop which has 24 hour bus service. We are a clean, quiet family. A wardrobe will be provided at the time of agreement.
