There is underfloor heating throughout, and a lot of natural light, with a west-facing balcony where you can enjoy sunny days and incredible sunsets, and access to a private communal garden for residents of this complex. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, iron w/board, lots of plates, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery.

The room comes fully furnished, including a bed, a sofa-bed, side table, desk & chair, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.

The price is £300 per week (Minimum 1 week) which includes all bills (heating, electricity, water, council tax) and fast fibre optic broadband. Mon-Friday lodgers will get a discount on this price.

You will have your own large private bathroom, which has a bathtub/rain shower & electric towel dryer. There is also a secure bicycle storage area in the building.
