We are looking for someone to join our beautiful duplex flat in South Woodford, 10/15minutes walking distance from the station (Central Line).

The room is a double bed with walk-in wardrobe 😊
2 full bathroom, one on the first level and the second one on the second level.

The apartment is on the first floor, there is no lift, also it is a duplex flat (flat on two levels), so there are also stairs inside the flat.

The living room is pretty large! So there is plenty of space to have a dinner together or to enjoy a nice movie sitting on the sofa 😊
You will join Holly, Yulia and Sorrell 😊 (I'm the one leaving the house, so you would take my place).

Rent is £650 + £125 bills
Available from 5th of May

The landlord will conduct a reference/credit check for the new tenant, so we will only be able to accommodate full-time workers.
