Large double room & own bathroom in spacious flat

Hi, I'm currently looking for a lodger for the spareroom in my apartment.

Looking for a polite, respectful and friendly working professional between 28 and 40. Someone’s who’s open minded and respectful of all cultures and lifestyles. (Strictly no couples or mad party animals!).

It's a spacious modern apartment in Fish Island between Bow and Hackney Wick, building has concierge, security and all bills included.

The room has plenty of wardrobe space and large chest of drawers, underbed space and a desk/office chair. You will pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself, as I have my own en-suite and rarely use the bathtub. Balcony is accessible to the room through double doors, so lots of sun and ventilation.

Large communal living space, with dining, kitchen and lounge area. I have a little dog (who thinks she owns the place), so you will need to be (at the very least) dog friendly. Please be clean and tidy up after yourself.

Just be an all round happy person who's nice to be around and wants a peaceful and lovely place to come home to.
