2 Month Summer Sublet by Victoria Park

Room availlable in 2 bedroom 10th floor appartment extremely close to victoria park and the canal. I will be moving away for July and August this summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room for those months.

Women preferred, as the other flatmate is a woman and would feel more comfrotable that way. Men/NB etc. will be considered however if there is not enough interest.

You will be living with my longterm friend Amie who works in a cafe monday to friday. We are a very relaxed household so would appreciate someone similar. If you are a smoker we have a balcony which you will be able to use.

Bills for water are included, but wifi, gas and electricity are not and come to around ~£100 per month, to be paid at the beginning of each month with the rent.

Appliances/features include: washing/drying machine, dishwasher, bath and shower, oven with 4 electric burners, microwave, toaster (of course).

The room comes furnished and empty. Our closest stations are bow road and hackney wick (both ~15 mins away).
