Hi lovely people!

We are looking to sublet a double room in our beautiful home in Forest Gate ASAP! Initially a 6-month sublet with a potential to extend. £850pcm + bills.

The room will be free from May 1st, so happy to do viewings this week and can get someone in as soon as we find a great match! More details below, but feel free to message with any questions at all.

About the room/house: It’s furnished with double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe and shelves. Our last flatmate left the country for traveling so you'll also be able to keep the plants in the room as well. The room is quite spacious and has peaceful view of back garden with own little rooftop terrace area. We share one bathroom. Beautiful garden (and we're prepping for BBQ season with our grill to enjoy the gorgeous space)

Location: Conveniently located less than 15 minute walk from Elizabeth line (Forest Gate) 10 min walk to overground (Wanstead Park) and 12 min bus ride to central line (Leyton/Leytonstone)

About us: We’re both very warm, chilled and conscientious people, appreciate a cosy shared space and also really appreciate having our own space. We enjoy dancing (esp Afrobeats/soca), a nice binge TV session, cooking, travelling, community, and self reflection. Prince is a youth worker and I’m training to be a movement therapist.

What we’re looking for: We’re pretty easy-going flatmates, we’re just looking for someone who is respectful of the home and enjoys nice balance of home and outside life.
