Hi,
My name is Lucy, and I am looking to let a room in my house. I have been there for about five years and have really enjoyed living in the house and the area. I am looking to share with someone who wants to strike a balance between doing their own thing and socializing (eating, films, going out) together. This has worked pretty well so far. I am a civil engineer and have reasonably normal hours. I am looking to share with professionals.

-15 minutes to Stratford, with access to the Olympic Park and Westfield shopping centre.
-2 minutes to West Ham Park (park run on Sundays 11 am).
-4 minutes walk to Atherton Leisure centre (new affordable leisure centre with swimming pool and classes)
-Close to Stratford Station with the central, Jubilee, DLR, overground and National Rail.
-4 minutes to the bus stop with 24 hr. buses to central London
-4 minutes to Sainsbury’s (open 7am to midnight)
-Residents parking available (I can look into the details for you)
The house:
-Over 50% communal space
-Modern Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space.
-Shared Lounge
-shared breakfast/Dining room
-Large garden all set up for bbqs
-Modern Shower room
-There is plenty of storage in the cellar.
The room:
-Plenty of natural light
-furnished with small double (4 foot) bed with under bed storage, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table and wardrobe
