- City of London (Liverpool Street, Moorgate) only 30 mins walk, 9 mins bike)
- Britannia Leisure Centre (amazing brand new sport center with gym, swimming pool, sport halls, rooftop tennis/football pitches, etc... and also very cheap!) only 15 mins walk, 5 mins bike
- Huge Sainsbury's only 15 mins walk, 4 mins bike + local Tesco only 5 mins walk

The property is on the third floor, very bright, and benefits from two almost equal size double bedrooms, spacious reception, modern separate kitchen and bathroom.

Enviably located just a 5 minute walk to Haggerston Station and 10 minute walk to Dalston Junction Station. Also a short walk from the popular areas of London Fields, Broadway Market and Dalston with all the many shops, bars cafes and restaurants.

You will be sharing with me: 28, working professional in Finance, sociable, outgoing, very clean and sport/cooking lover.
