Large double room next to Old Street station, sharing with two lads who enjoy cooking, watching TV and having the occasional beer. Both hard working lads and usually get home at about 7/8 in the evening. Gutted to be leaving this flat as it is a great location with Shoreditch, Hoxton, Hackney on the door step. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance plus easy transport across London via tube and bus.

There is en-suite in another room so you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

There is a concierge that is managed 24/7 so it's very safe and the team are amazing.

We occasionally spend time together but we all have our own personal lives that we adhere to.

Bills are around £80 per month, and we get a cleaner once every 3 weeks.
