The flat has been newly painted and refurbished before my flatmate and I moved in approx 2 years ago, therefore it is very modern and clean. It is very spacious with 80 sqm and has big windows in the living room letting much daylight in. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with a washing machine (no dishwasher)

The room available is the master bedroom with en-suite and it comes fully furnished with 2 build in wardrobes and a mirror.

The flat is located 2 min from Blackfriars station (central and district line) and 5 min from St. Pauls station (central line).

I am the one moving out so you will be sharing the flat with a 23 year old girl from Toronto that often works night shifts so you will mostly have the flat for yourself. She is super lovely and extremely easy going (has literally no problem with anything) and enjoys a night in with a glass of wine sometimes but also respects individual privacy.

Rent is 1450£ per month excl bills. The flat is very energy efficient so bills are approx. 120£ per month.
