Ensuite double room for 2weeks

2bed 2bath flat near broadway market.
I am looking for a person to sublet my room from 25th October to 8th November (2weeks) While im going on holiday.

Flat is 1st floor(has lift) located on mare street, Hackney.
Building has live in porter, he can come for fix small things and open the main gate for parcels when you are out. Ground floor has amazon locker so its less likely loosing parcels.
Also has bike storage if you have one!

Inside of flat
Whole flat has wooden floors and underfloor heating except bathroom.
Hallway has small space for washing machine, and shoe rack. (I don’t wear shoes in the house, hope its ok for you as well x).
Living room has open plan kitchen with induction, dishwasher and etc. I have most stuff for kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, Brita and etc) + massive table
Living room space has 3person sofa x 2, air purifier, tv, hoover.
Bed room is fully furnished and my stuff is still there but I empty wardrobe and shelves in ensuite bathroom(shower booth).

Area
Its my favourite area so far, there is Victoria park and London field park 5min walk away, organic supermarkets (3 asian too), lots of buses, broadway market is in 10min walk. There is gym in 2min away if you keen! Also there is bunch of cute restaurants, cafe, bar, pub nearby.

Rent including bill £300 per week
Deposit £400
You will share the flat with one girl.
