Room available in a 3-bed flat located in the heart of London Fields from May 18th.

THE AREA
The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Broadway Market and London Fields, and about 10 minutes from Victoria Park. The area is filled with lots of lovely coffee shops, restaurants and good bars. We are located about 7 minutes from both Cambridge Heath and London Fields overground stations, with Bethnal Green underground less than a 15-minute walk (or a quick bus).

THE FLAT
Really nice little flat on the ground floor of a terraced house on a quiet residential street. Open plan living space with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a little courtyard out the back, which is great for an evening drink or a lunchtime sunbathe. The flat (and room) comes fully furnished. It’s a double room with space for a desk and chair and comes with a built in wardrobe. The price of the room is £950pcm plus bills.

You’ll be sharing with myself (Róisín) and Daniel. We are both outgoing people, and spend quite a lot of our time out and about, but like to make the flat a nice place to come back to and chill in the evenings. I work in communications and Daniel in data analysis. We are both easygoing and social people and would like someone that fits in well with the flat and up for a flat dinner/drink from time to time.

Open to both male/female; similar age (25-30). No couples and LGBTQ friendly.
