A bright double room is available in a 3x bedroom flat on one of Dalston’s prettiest streets Wilton Way. The room shares the main bathroom with the other double bedroom (the main bedroom has it’s own ensuite). It comes with the double bed and a wardrobe and the chest of drawers can stay for a negotiable price.

We’re looking for a girl, fun and considerate whose happy to hang out on the lounge and have a good chat on the evenings. That said we’re all easy going and independent so will give you space if you’ve had a long and hard day!

THE FLAT
The flat itself was previously a warehouse and has been modernly renovated into multiple flats across 3x levels. It has high ceiling and is very bright with large windows in every room.
The flat has huge combined kitchen / living room area, which has been fully furnished with a Scandi feel by housemates. The kitchen also comes stocked with more than the essentials.

THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing the flat with 3x other professionals, aged in their late 20s to early 30s. Cinzia and Alessandro, an Italian couple live in the master bedroom, both architects and both amazing cooks! And Sofia, from Southampton who works also in architecture.

THE AREA
Just right in the spot between Dalston, Hackney central and London Fields. It is just an amazing location!
We are a 10min walk to London Fields and Broadway Market. It’s also a 15min walk to various bars and night spots along Kingsland Rd. On a sunny evening there’s also a great vibe at both the Spurstowe Arms and The Prince George pubs, which book-end our street.

TRANSPORT
We’re conveniently located to various transport links, the closest Overground being Dalston Junction, which is about a 10min walk. But also only 12mins from both Dalston Kingland and Hackney Central. There’s also bus stops 5mins way to Shoreditch, Islington, Liverpool St, London Bridge and Tottenham Court Rd.
