There are bus stops right outside the apartment block which will take you to Old street station (5min), Moorgate (10min), Bank (15min), Dalston, Hackney etc. You will be within walking distance to Shoreditch, Angel, Upper Street, Hoxton etc.

Beautiful local pubs, delis and restaurants are just 5 minute stroll from the apartment block. There is Regents canal walk just 2min away. Tesco express is 1 min away.

I am looking for a professional female/male who is easy going, quiet, tidy and respectful.

This is a very quiet and clean property and not suitable for parties or big gatherings.
