I am moving out of my room at Station Court on 9th June, so I am looking for a replacement tenant for my contract which ends on 8th September.

The room has its own private bathroom and you’ll share the spacious kitchen with 5 flatmates. There are 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 8 electric hobs, 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 kettle and plenty of storages. The kitchen is perfect for hosting small dinner parties.

The accommodation comes with a laundry room with many washers and dryers. You can also find 2 TV rooms, 3 study rooms and many other nicely decorated common spaces in the building.

All bills are included in the rent and super fast WiFi is provided. There is also 24-hr concierge service. All beddings are provided (including pillows, duvet, sheet, etc.) so you can move in hassle-free.

This accommodation is only a 5-min walk to Seven Sisters Station and 3 stops to Kings Cross on Victoria line. There is a Tesco Superstore 5-min walk away and Tottenham Retail Park is only a 15-min walk away. There you can find Asda, Lidl, Iceland, TK Maxx and many other big stores.

My favourite is the riverside path along River Lea which takes you to Walthamstow Wetlands in just 15 mins. Perfect for someone who enjoys running or taking long walks.

All flatmates are females and super nice. It makes me feel sad that I am leaving them soon.
