Beautiful large Hackney Downs double room - SUBLET

I am subletting my furnished double room, with wooden floors in Edwardian home. Sharing with three women and one little calm cat. The house sits within 4 minute walk from Hackney downs park, close to Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road over grounds. This room is peaceful overlooking the gardens of neighbours and our own, and surrounded by enormous trees.

About the housemates: Fred, Alice and Jade are lovely professional women. We are all busy most of the time, so are hardly around but when we cross paths we find the time to chat and have a wine in the garden or sunny living/dining room. We are very clean and considerate housemates and keep an eye out for each other. We keep the home a calm and peaceful place to retreat to and enjoy our down time in it.

About the house: the house is massive with three levels and a large garden, living room, two toilets (one seperate to bathroom) and two bathrooms, one with bath/shower another with shower. Great water pressure and nice and hot!

About the room: The room comes furnished with a new mattress and comes with a set of newly built Ikea drawers, which I’m happy to sell or collect after the sublet.

The sublet runs from 15th June - 15th September. Our lease ends in September and I will retrieve any furniture items that you do not wish to keep. Ie, the Ikea drawers.
