Creative, green house share by the River Lea

Exisiting housemate are myself, Phoebe, my boyfriend Keith and my friend Lisa. I am an illustrator and teacher, Keith is a data analyst and Lisa works for an environmental organisation. We have a tortishell cat called Maple. Things we all enjoy are cycling, climbing (mostly at the castle but a new bouldering wall has just opened 5mins from the house) and going out for odd beer or a pizza.

We enjoy cooking and eating together and buy food communally. An extra £50 per month covers everything from toilet rolls to tinned tomatos to rice and a weekly fruit and veg box from the local organic scheme Crop Drop.

The flat is a split level 3 bedroom maisonette with:

A large south facing balcony surrounded by trees. Its more like a small garden, it's big enough for a table, chairs, bbq's hammock, pots of herbs etc. There is are also lots of green spaces nearby, the river lea, marshes and parks.

A large light living room with big windows. (see photo) I work two days a week here and Keith and Lisa also work the odd day from home, there is plenty of desk space.

Three bedrooms upstairs.

We also have a garage for bikes and other storage.

Transport links are good: 5 minute walk to Tottenham Hale where you can get on the Victoria line (15 mins to central london) overland trains which go south to clapton or liverpool street or north to enfield lock/chesunt and the lea valley regional park or even on to stanstead. There's also loads of buses and night buses towards stoke newington/dalston.
