Nice single room in a friendly top floor flat

The Building

Hi there, I have a single room up for grabs in a pretty cool flat share in Bruce Grove in Tottenham. Its available as a Monday to Friday let only. It's on the top floor and it's just had new wooden floors put in, very large built in wardrobe, new bed and memory foam mattress. Also comes with a 32 inch TV!

THE FLAT
Nice and normal in that there is a living room with a flatscreen and loads of SKY channels with wireless internet and a big kitchen which comes with a dishwasher. The Bathroom is also large with a bath and shower. The flat itself is only 6 years old so it’s nice and new still. The complex is in a gated development so it’s very secure. We also have a lift. Lots of things nearby including a local Sainsburys. Transport wise you are around 5 mins walk to Bruce Grove overground station which is zone 3. Or there is a bus literally outside the flat which takes you to Seven Sisters Tube Station in 5-10 minutes. From Seven Sisters tube you can get to Oxford street in 15 minutes.

THE PEOPLE
You'll be sharing with myself! My name is Mark, I’m 30 years old and a full time professional working for a gadget design company. Hobbies include playing 5 aside football, good coffee and chilling out after a hard week at work.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy and conscientious and if you are up for a beer now and again, that’s a plus :-)

THE ROOM
Is brand new and has new wooden floors put in. There is also a very large built in wardrobe with large twin sliding doors so lots of storage space. Also brand new bed with memory foam mattress. Room has a floor to ceiling window which is great as it lets lots of light in. You can also just about see the corner of Tottenham Stadium from the window, whether that is a highlight or not, depends on who you support :-)

THE RENT (the boring bit)
The rent is £350 a month which includes all bills such as electricity, gas, water, sky, tv licence. This is a Monday to Friday let only.

MOVE IN DATE AND WHAT YOU NEED:
The move in date is 4th October 2015. To move in you'll need one month’s rent which is £350 plus a deposit of one months rent £350 So that’s £700 altogether.
