I am looking for a professional person that will have respect for the property that we share, taken equal responsibility for domestic chores and respect for privacy.
The rent will be £630 per calendar month all-inclusive of bills and a deposit of one month rent. The deposit will be refunded on leaving, however if there is any damage that has to be taken into account, then this will reflect into your deposit. I am happy to spread the deposit cost if required.
