Looking for a mature-minded, considerate, and reliable lodger; to rent our spare room in Edmonton, London N18.

The flat is on the ground floor of modern new build block; located in a surprisingly quiet area, just off the A406.

Transport links are extremely good with:

Trains & Tube
Angel Road, Silver Street and Northumberland Park overground stations within easy walking distance. Trains from these stations enable easy access to the Victoria line (at Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters) in under 10 minutes and go to Stratford and Liverpool Street.

Bus
Routes including 192, W3, 341, 476, 444 and 34 are all within very easy reach.

Car
Close to the A406 and with private off road parking available at a small cost if required; on street parking is free.

The room is a comfortable double with a wardrobe and large chest of drawers. All bills (except telephone) are included.

Our room is en suite, so although you'll be technically "sharing" the main bathroom. You will have it more or less to yourself. We both work full time and our home is a quiet retreat.
