Im subletting my spacious room ( 3rd floor 119 ) from 28th of June till 17 sep :) The flat is located in Finsbury Park, close to several bus stations and the Finsbury Park tube and train stations.

Besides three rooms, the flat has a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a laundry section (with washing machine and dryer), a living room and a great terrace, ideal for the summer.

My room is already well furnished. There is a huge mirror, small dressing table, large computer desk, shelf, two wardrobes in my room.

There is a possibility of renewal of the contract (to be discussed with the agency).

Rent: 1050 pounds + expenses (approx. 100 pounds)
