The flat is in a great location - 5 min walk to Manor House tube, 10 min walk to Finsbury Park with a bus stop right outside the building going to Waterloo and London Bridge.
Clissold Park is a 5 min walk away and Finsbury Park is a 10 min walk so lots of green space nearby. I'm also next to a reservoir which you can walk/run around.
Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away and if you walk 15 mins though Clissold Park you'll come to Stoke Newington Church Street which has lots of lovely independent restaurants, shops and cafes.
The room is available from 14th July (flexible on start date). Open to both short term and long term lets. Ideally a 6 month contract.
