Five amazing years in our sleek 3-bedroom spot, with a killer view of Clissold Park in Stoke Newington. Now, we're on the hunt for a new flatmate. 1 New en-suite whit your own bathroom is up for grabs, as our current mate is off on the adventure of buying their own place. This is a really high standard flat and long term. Please don’t apply if you are looking for a short term.

About Us:
We're a pair of responsible professionals in our late 30s, taking pride in our recently refurbished flat. We're seeking someone who shares our commitment to creating a long-term living arrangement. Please reach out only if you're looking for a place to call home for at least 1 year. Credit checks with the landlady will be part of the application process.

Details:
• Move-in Date: 7 June
• En-suite Rent: £1300 all-inclusive (covers water, electricity, heating, building service charge, and internet) + 1-month deposit.
• Preference: Right now, we’re leaning towards male occupants. No couples, please. We also have a cleaner every two weeks - it’s £10 each for 2 hours for all
the common area.

Flat Rules:
We like to keep things very clean, tidy and peaceful. Treat the space like it’s your own, and we’re all good. Plants lovers. This isn’t a party flat - we’re all about a chilled, respectful vibe. Cleanliness and hygiene are key!

Meet Your Flatmates:
• Senait (38 years old): I’m a Digital Designer in the Marketing Fashion Industry. I’m into plants, art, photography exhibitions, live music, pilates, good food, and coffee. I love exploring London and traveling. Sometimes, I cook up a storm for friends.
• Nada (32 years old): I’m Product Manager in kids apps. When I’m not working from home, you’ll find me drawing illustrating or enjoying with my friend and or travelling Jordan. I also love traveling.
