The large room is south facing at the back of the flat, overlooking gardens and fully furnished. Both the room and flat are very bright and homely. All the furniture & kitchen appliances are the current tenant's. There's a fully equipped kitchen with fridge (no freezer), microwave & washing machine etc. The shared bathroom is small but has a good shower over the bath. There's no shared living room but my current flatmate & I often sit in the kitchen and chat over a cuppa or a bottle of wine.

The flat is on a quiet residential street near the shops and restaurants of Green Lanes & the Arena shopping centre. Bus stops for the 29, 341 and 141 are a 5 minute walk away. Manor House tube station is about a ten minute walk through Finsbury Park. Harringay and Harringay Green Lanes overground stations are about 5 minutes away.

You would be lodging with a quiet, friendly, professional female who works in an art gallery. I'm looking for a quiet, considerate, clean & tidy professional, who needs a room during the week only. You're welcome to leave belongings in the room over the weekend if you wish.

Rent includes all bills and is £570 per calendar month. The room is available from the the 3rd of February 2015. References and a deposit of £500 are required.

Viewings can be made in the evenings after 6pm or at weekends.
