Lovely double room in Highbury/Finsbury Pk flat

Looking for an easy-going, considerate flatmate to replace my current one who is moving back to Scotland after several years of happily co-existing with me. The place is in a great location, under 10 mins to Finsbury Park or Arsenal tube, so handy for tube and overground travel.

The room is a good-size (around 14 x 10) with a built-in wardrobe and plenty storage and looks out onto the balcony and back garden. It's a homely front room, bright in the summer and cosy in the winter. The kitchen isn't big but has been known to provide the odd feast from time to time. Bathroom is in good nick too.

I work in the health and social care sector, enjoy music, current affairs and am a keen cyclist. The flat is not huge so best suited to someone who enjoys sharing and can be tidy and respectful of the space.

There's a choice of 3 parks nearby: Clissold Park, Finsbury Park or Highbury Fields and a wide selection of restaurants with Italian, Sardinian, Turkish and Argentinian just a selection of the favourites, not to mention the best gelato in London. Also a good choice of local pubs/ boozers depending on your mood, all are good in their own particular way.
