Big Double Room 3 mins walk from Canonbury Station

My girlfriend and I are leaving this lovely 2 bed flat that she owns with her brother, who also lives here now. We're moving into our own place across the road, so we are looking for someone to share the flat with him.

The available room is a generous double room with plenty of space for storage, and a desk for working from home.

The flat is a fully-furnished, renovated ex-council flat with good sized living room and seperate kitchen. There’s a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, both are shared.

We’re a 3 minutes walk to Canonbury Station and 15 minutes to Highbury & Islington. If you don’t know the area - we’re located in a beautiful residential spot with loads of great local shops. Close by is also Dalston, Stoke Newington and Angel for the rest of your needs.

My brother’s a shift worker, and he has weeks where he needs to sleep in the day, but he’s very relaxed about everything.

In the photos there's a king size bed and a chest of draws which we’ll be taking with us but replacing.

We’ll also be taking the book shelf in the living room, and the bureau (only partially visible in the corner of on the photo). Again, we’ll replace these items and are open to your suggestions.

We have 2 conditions for your stay:
- That you continue with our clearer, she comes every fortnight for a shared £33
- It’s a shoes off flat

The flat is available from 1st July but we are flexible around moving on the preceding weekend.

Council tax band C.

Bills, including our cleaner and council tax, are around £180 each per month.
