Short let would be ideal, as there is some possibility I will sell the house, but if you're OK with six weeks' notice, then I'd be happy to give you a six-month contract that renews monthly after the six months.

The house has a large communal space on the ground floor. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated - and you would share your bathroom with two tidy and considerate people. In addition to the full baths, there is a bathroom on the ground floor.

All bills are included, including high-speed fibre-optic internet access and every-other-week housekeeping of the communal areas and bathrooms, council tax and all utilities.

I renovated the whole house in 2012, so there is a modern kitchen, and the bathrooms are brand new/modern.

The garden is 75 feet and faces southwest. It is great for barbecues, and for relaxing.

You can be most places in London in under 30 minutes because there is a bus stop three minutes away, and easy access to Finsbury Park, Holloway Rd, and Archway tube stations for Victoria, Piccadilly, and Northern Lines. Angel and Upper Street Islington are a quick bus or 20-minute walk. Residential-street parking is available, too.

The house is usually quiet as there is no TV.

We are close to Waitrose and to Tesco Express, and there is an off-license and a dry cleaner (the house has its own clothes washing machine) within a minute's walk. It is a great place to live.
