Lovely double room in spacious new build

I have a lovely double room in my flat available to rent and am looking for a female flatmate to share.

The flat has a very large bathroom to share with storage, a large spacious hallway, laundry room, and a big open plan living room & kitchen. I also have a balcony with chairs and table, and there’s also a shared garden on the 1st floor.

Hornsey is a great area and I live on a lovely quiet road with no cars and a dead-end road to the side, but it’s still only 1 minute from the main High Street. There are pubs, cafes and a giant Sainsbury’s within 1 minute of the flat. For transport, there are several day and night buses, well as a Turnpike Lane station (12 min walk) and Hornsey train station (7 min walk) to get wherever you need with ease.

I foster cats on occasion so if you like to have the occasional furry friend, without the responsibility, then this is the house for you!

At the moment I work from home (with a desk in my room) for an Energy Consultant as a business development manager. I also go in to the office in Norwich a couple of times a month and when needed go to client meetings/events. My evenings are spent relaxing at home or out with friends.

I’m looking for someone that’s sociable, clean, tidy and wants to live in a nice and peaceful home. As I work from home, I’m looking for someone that works from their workplace for the majority of the week, but 1-2 days a week from home is no problem as well.

The room is furnished and includes a bed, chest of drawers, desk and open wardrobe.
