The double room

A very large double room which comes full furnished in a beautiful newly renovated flat on Alexandra Road. Large flat with open plan kitchen and living area as well as a large and well maintained communal garden (~15m x 10m) at the back of the building (with a bike shed) shared with two of our neighbours.

Within a 5 minute walk of the Turnpike Lane tube station (picadilly line) and a 5-10 minute walk to Crouch End high street.

Looking for someone to rent the room from the 7th September to the 28th December 2015 for offers in the region of £700 per month all bills and council tax included.

Ideally looking for another young professional to share with my current flatmate (half English, half French) who is very sociable, works during the week but likes to hang out in the evenings and enjoy London at the weekend.
