I'm looking to share my beautiful home and find a friendly, reliable flat mate who also likes cats.

The home is a spacious, sunny loft style apartment with wooden beams fantastically located near Swiss Cottage & Finchley Road tube stations. It's a 10-minute walk to the green, leafy lanes of Hampstead Village and Hampstead Heath, and 15 mins by tube from the West End.

The room includes share of a fully fitted kitchen, 23 x 15 ft loft lounge with wooden beams, broadband, a large communal garden, satellite TV and weekly cleaner.

The room that's available is a spacious, studio size room furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, office desk, filing cabinet, large bookshelves, and use of your own separate bathroom. The bathroom is light and airy and includes power shower and marble worktops.

The household is friendly and comfortable. I'm a photojournalist. My interests include human rights, current affairs and the arts. I have 2 lovely cats and am looking for someone to stay who loves cats and and shares similar interests. The room is available now and is £799 pcm inclusive. I need a month's deposit and references.
