Summer interns and digital nomads take note!

I am Hannah a live- in landlord and Host. I rent rooms for up to 4 months at a time. I have hosted digital nomads, summer interns, holidaymakers, and students. I am friendly and social and enjoy welcoming people to London.

There is a double room available in my flat from the 1st July onwards.

There will be another flat-mate (male) in the property during this time who is staying in London for an internship.

There is an internal lock on the inside and outside of your door.

The property is compliant with modern fire regulations, and all communal electrical devices have been PAT tested.

Location:
The location is a prime SE1 location. You can walk into the West End in 20 minutes, and you are a 3-minute walk from Waterloo and Lambeth North stations.
Overview of house rules:
• Extra guest fee £10 per night for a single guest, e. g. visiting friends or family members
• Quiet hours 11pm – 8am
• Shoes off at the door
• Collaboration on day-to-day household chores required, e. g. loading the dishwasher, taking out the bins, keeping surfaces clean
• Collaboration on cleaning the flat in between cleaner visits is required
• Friends are welcome for socialising, although please keep the house informed if you are inviting people round
• No parties
• No pets or children
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames

Rent information:

£1157 pcm with all bills and communal household items included.

Council tax band C.

No deposit - you pay your first month of rent in advance to secure your dates. Thereafter, rent is payable from month 2 onwards.

References will be required and provided.
