I am currently a tenant in a spacious house near Elephant & Castle, and I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting from June until my contract ends on 07/08/2024. There's also an option to extend the rental beyond that date if needed.

Flexible Term: The rental term is short-term, starting from June with the option to extend beyond my contract end date in August.

I am a respectful and easy-going individual who has enjoyed living in this house. Unfortunately, I need to move out earlier than expected, but I'm hopeful to find a suitable tenant to take over my room and enjoy the remaining time here.
