Sublet in Amazing Flat

Hi All,

I have a small double available in an amazing flat in Nunhead/Peckham Rye area.

The flat is right on Peckham Rye with excellent transport links and within easy walking distance to East Dulwich, Brockley, Nunhead, and Rye Lane.

The flat is furnished and has all white goods including a tumble dryer.

The room itself is a small double and comes partly furnished. You can add or remove furniture as you wish.

This would be a sublet for a minimum of two months, maximum of six months. All bills included.

There is a cat who I share with the upstairs flat, he's called Melo is 12 years old and no hassle. But if you are allergic this won't be for you.

This room is a sublet and would be for a maximum of six months.
