I'm moving out of my double room in Kennington. Available from 16 July 2024!

The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and small shelf unit (at end of bed in pic).

The house has a huge garden that's perf for a pint after work, large kitchen and equally spacious living room. There's also two bathrooms, one with a shower/bath.

It's really easy to get everywhere as it's zone 1, especially central, Elephant & Castle, Brixton, Camberwell, Peckham etc, with bus, tube and train links. Parks nearby include Kennington Park and Burgess park.

It's also in a super nice quiet area with really friendly neighbours, while only being a 5-10 minute walk away from shops, restaurants and pubs. Sainsburys, Co-op, Tesco, Morrisons and off-licenses are all close by.

You'll be living with Carla (25), Callum (24) and Adam (25). They're looking for someone who's tidy and clean, mindful of personal space but also down to hang out and have a pint every so often!

Rent is £776.33 a month+bills (around £90 a month). Council tax band E in Southwark.
