Large double room available in warehouse flat in the Arsenal Riverside complex: a listed building with modern renovation. Large arched windows, exposed bricks and views over the river.

The room is furnished, with brand new double bed and mattress, own bathroom (shower) located downstairs (this is your bathroom, I use the other), and a large wardrobe/chest of drawers. Shared kitchen and lounge/eating area.

I bought this flat on the Royal Arsenal Development a couple of months ago, and up until now have had a university friend living with me. He has moved out of London with work, so am looking for someone to have the room.

Me - 24 year old boy, work in financial services in Covent Garden. Work pretty long hours, so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time. Little bio on me - lived in London for a couple of years, came here straight from uni (Durham).

Development has its own concierge, gym (small fee per month), tesco, and doctors.

Great transport links - we look onto the river and the Thames clipper (15 seconds walk), and Woolwich Arsenal DLR/national rail (5 minutes).
