Hi, I have a two bedroom flat to let in a flat which I purchased around 4 years ago. I have moved out of the flat for now and looking to let this flat out.
The flat itself is in a very secure development, with CCTV, 24/7 concierge service. There is also a 24 hour Tesco, Dominos, Subway directly underneath. The DLR station is a two minute walk which gives you access to the City, central London and Canary wharf. There is also the National Rail which goes direct to London Bridge. Bank in 28 minutes, Canary Wharf in 25. I currently work in Canary Wharf so it's very convenient to get there.
About you: I just want someone clean and tidy more than anything else and to be respectful of the flat generally.
The rooms: Two Double bedrooms with beds and wardrobes with door access directly to the balcony.
Everything is in good working order! One is a large double bedroom and the other is smaller but decent size.
